What Happens Next?
To Our Valued Clients
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to quote on repairing your vehicle.
For your information, please review the following steps that you have now initiated.
1 – We have now sent your quote through to the insurer looking after the claim and expect to receive authorisation from them to schedule the repairs within the next 2 business day’s.
2 – Within 1-2 business day’s of receiving authorisation from the insurance company we will contact you to confirm a repair date.
Note: If you have not heard from us within 4 business day’s since coming in to have your quote done, you will need to contact the insurer looking after the claim to determine the cause of the delay.
3 – Once we confirm the repair date with you, parts required for the repair will be ordered for delivery 2 business days prior to you bringing your vehicle in for it’s scheduled repairs.
4 – We will alert you to any potential parts delays that we are aware of that may impact the repairs to your vehicle prior to you arriving.
5 – Due to the current COVID 19 situation, your vehicle will undergo a disinfection process upon Check in (When you drop your vehicle in for repairs) and before you collect your vehicle.
