You will be pleased to know your vehicle has just arrived safely on site at Woodriff Smash Repairs located at 126 Sugar Road, Maroochydore.
Here are the next stages of the process:
- Our estimating team will be writing a detailed quote on what is required to complete the repairs to your vehicle. We are often required to dismantle damaged parts off the vehicles to check for further damage beneath the panels as well as complete detailed mechanical checks. By taking our time here to complete the full and thorough inspection , we will reduce the overall repair cycle time needed for your vehicle. Following this strict process means it will take approximately 1-2 business day’s to have the estimate sent to the insurer handing the claim, at which point we then wait to receive authorisation for the repairs from the insurer.
- Within 1-2 business days of receiving authorisation from the insurance company our scheduling team will be in contact with you to give you an estimated completion date which will also take into consideration the parts availability and expected arrival date.
Note: If you feel that the lenth of time to authorise your repair is taking too long, please contact the insurer handling the claim to determine the cause of the delay. - If there are any parts delays that are going to affect your estimated completion date our production team will be in touch to update you immediately.
- Our Production Manager will update you on the repair status once your vehicle has entered our refinish department.
- Once the final quality check is complete, we will contact you to collect your vehicle.
